Remember if you are doing work that requires a Building consent it must be carried out by a Dept. of Building LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner)

Historic Home Restoration

It can be difficult to find a builder who will improve and repair your property with an eye sympathetic to the existing temperament of your building.
